We are dedicated to improving patient convenience and meeting the needs of our patients. Telemedicine may make “seeing” us easier by offering remote video visits. This arrangement may allow you to save time by avoiding the hassle of traffic and parking. Furthermore, you may prefer to avoid waiting rooms and not having to take time off work or hire a sitter.

The Process involves:
You call us and we determine the Reason for Visit and make an appointment for a Telemedicine visit.
Your insurance is contacted to authorize the visit and tell us if you have a co-pay or deductible.
We give you an appointment time and send you a link.
Click on the link to enter the virtual waiting area and your provider will meet you there.
Please note that this is like a typical waiting room. While we will make an effort to see you quickly, you may experience a small wait.

Prior to your appointment, please follow a few of the following tips:

- Check for any lighting or background noise that could cause issues for your visit.
