Billing & Insurance

We participate with most local and many national insurance plans. However, it is your responsibility to understand whether your insurance has limits on the doctors you can see or the services you can receive. For more information about the insurance plans we participate in, please contact our office.

If you provide complete and accurate information about your insurance, we will submit claims to your insurance carrier and receive payments for services. Depending on your insurance coverage, you may be responsible for co-payments, co-insurance, or other deductible amounts. Some contracts require more than one co-pay on the same date of service if you have two different types of exams or procedures done.

Please speak with our billing staff if you have any questions about your account. We want to work with you to avoid any financial problems and to assure that your account remains in good standing. You can contact our billing office at (757) 481-3366.
